14 days, no questions. If Innernet isn't for you, say so within 14 days of purchase and the full license price comes back. There is no form to fill in and nothing to return; we do not ask why, and "changed my mind" is a complete answer.

Innernet AI subscriptions

Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; nothing is time-bombed and the rest of the paid month keeps working.

• Monthly ($6): refundable within 14 days of a charge, no questions. Because the AI allowance already resets monthly, no partial calculations otherwise.
• Scholar yearly ($50): pro-rated refund within the first 14 days; after that, cancel and the plan runs to its anniversary. If you prepaid a year and cannot keep using it for a serious reason beyond the first 14 days, write anyway — we would rather be decent than strict.

Refunds are processed by Paddle

Inner Networks sells through Paddle, the merchant of record: it refunds to your original payment method and remits back the taxes it collected. When you ask for a refund, it is issued on the same card or method you paid with — we cannot redirect refunds elsewhere, and nobody at Inner Networks would ask you for your payment details.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, with the word "refund". That is the whole mechanism. A person replies; refunds usually complete within a few business days, per your card's rules.
